By using ace.video you agree to these terms.

The service

Ace is an AI video editor. You describe an edit, Ace makes it. Results come from AI and may be wrong, so check your video before you share it.

Your content

Your videos are yours. You give us permission to process them only to do what you ask. You promise you have the rights to the videos you use and that they don't break the law or anyone else's rights.

Tokens and payments

Requests to Ace use tokens. Free tokens are limited. Paid plans renew until you cancel, which you can do any time from the billing page, and then you keep your plan until the period ends. Unused tokens carry over for one more month and then expire. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law says so.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no abuse, no attempts to break or overload it, no illegal or harmful content, and no sharing your account.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without promises that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-data damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. If you keep using Ace after a change, you accept it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
